250g Macchina Greek Style Coffee
Directions: pour a small cup of water into a briki/cezve (coffee pot). Add a tsp of sugar for every cup of coffee (optional). Add a teaspoon of coffee for each cup. Turn the heat the low and stir the coffee until it dissolves. This process should take 2-3 minutes to simmer and as the crema starts to rise, remove from heat. Pour evenly into coffee cups to distribute foam. Enjoy
